Reconciliation Illustration for
WCG Employment Services Ontario

WCG Employment Services Ontario is an organization that helps support communities of folks looking for employment and other support that will provide them with more opportunities. WCG reached out for an illustration that would connect to their report with the theme of reconciliation. Given creative freedom and keeping the theme in mind, there needed to be elements of growth and support in this visual. This illustration showcases that idea by having folks leaning on one another and looking forward to the sweetgrass braid circle representing new and healthy beginnings. At the same time, having the spirits beneath reminds us to remember those stepping stones that helped us get there.
