Tautuktavuk (What We See) Poster

Tautuktavuk is a film that sheds light on what it’s like for two sisters to connect while dealing with an isolating pandemic and resurfacing trauma. This film dealt with tremendous emotion with up close and personal visuals of what it’s like for these sisters to endure these challenging times. IsumaTV sought a poster design for their film tour with a dual purpose: a movie poster and a resource. The resource side included inspirational quotes from the film along with some coping strategies for folks dealing with domestic abuse and other forms of intimate partner violence. The movie poster showcased important scenes of reconnection between moments of traditional tattoos and moments of laughter with family.  Keep the other side muted, clear, and concise with bold colours so folks can read clearly in any situation.
